Senior Web Administrator (CMS, Web Development & Accessibility):

The Senior Web Administrator will perform advanced web administration, development, design, governance, accessibility, and technical implementation for enterprise public-facing and internal websites. This position will lead complex website initiatives, CMS enhancements, accessibility compliance, SEO, UX improvements, web performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting while serving as a key technical advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
The role requires a combination of hands-on web development expertise and technical leadership, with responsibility for maintaining secure, accessible, high-performing, and user-friendly enterprise websites.
Lead complex enterprise website projects, redesigns, and functionality enhancements from concept through deployment.
Administer, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise websites and web applications.
Lead SEO, UX, information architecture, and website performance improvement initiatives.
Develop and enhance web solutions using:

Perform advanced website maintenance and layout enhancements.

Collaborate with business SMEs and content owners on website content and UX best practices.

Support Statements of Work (SOWs), RFPs, and technology evaluations.
Participate in cross-functional website governance initiatives.
Coordinate with legal, accessibility, business, and IT stakeholders regarding regulatory requirements.
Support interactive digital tools and broader digital communication initiatives.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to web and technical staff.
Maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
Minimum 5 years of experience administering, developing, and/or maintaining enterprise websites.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading or overseeing enterprise web initiatives.

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
