Our client, a highly successful, nationally recognized Wealth Management Team, is seeking to add a Senior Wealth Management Client Associate to join their practice in the Greater Phoenix area. This individual will play a key client-facing advisory role, working directly with high-net-worth clients while supporting senior advisors in the delivery and execution of comprehensive financial plans.
This is not a traditional “book of business” Financial Advisor role. Instead, this position is ideal for someone who excels in client relationships, financial planning, and portfolio execution, and prefers to operate within a team-based, collaborative environment while working with one of Arizona's Top-Performing Wealth Management teams!
Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients alongside senior advisors
Lead and participate in client meetings, including independently managing relationships over time
Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans
Support portfolio management and investment strategy discussions
Collaborate with internal team members across advisory and operations functions
Help maintain and grow existing client relationships through a high-touch service model
Qualifications:
3 – 7+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory
Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
Proven ability to operate in a client-facing advisory capacity
Background supporting a team at firms such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, UBS, or similar preferred
Highly professional, polished, and confident in front of clients
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to support and scale an existing book of business
Requirements:
CFP® required
CIMA®, CFA®, or similar advanced designation strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Compensation & Benefits:
$100,000 – $350,000 annual salary (depending on experience) plus lucrative Bonus and both Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive Plans
