Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience as a financial advisor or wealth manager.
Proven ability to serve clients with $2M+ in investable assets.
A transferrable book of business is highly preferred but not required.
FINRA Series 65 or equivalent, and relevant state registrations.
CFP® designation or strong progress toward certification is a plus.
Driven by client success, not just transactions—seeking a long-term home.
Compensation & Growth
Base salary of approximately $100,000.
Lucrative variable compensation based on client revenue contribution.
Direct revenue share for any new clients brought in.
