Mead & Hunt is a Top 100 national engineering/architecture consulting firm with a growing water/wastewater practice. As a result, we have a full-time position available for a senior level water/wastewater project manager/engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the project manager for civil/environmental water and wastewater projects.
- Overseeing design as well as performing technical design tasks.
- Drafting proposals with scope and pricing.
- Reviewing client billings.
- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to staff.
- Serving as a client manager.
- Travel will be required.
The successful candidate must have all of the following:
- A bachelors degree or higher in civil/environmental or related engineering from an accredited college or university.
- At least twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
- PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in additional states.
The ideal candidate will have experience in any/all of the following:
- Designing water and wastewater projects with specialization in one or more of the following project types:
- Large diameter pipelines
- Water/wastewater treatment
- Pump stations
- Effluent disposal and biosolids
- Stormwater
- Project management (scope, schedule, and budget).
- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to staff.
- Client management for municipal and county governments.
