HDR's Water Business Group is growing in Billings, and we're looking for a motivated Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager ready to take the next step in their career. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced local team while gradually stepping into expanded leadership and client responsibility. The position is intentionally structured to allow time for collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge sharing, providing a strong foundation for long‑term success. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of complex projects, support staff development, and help strengthen HDR's presence in the Billings market.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Engineering
10 years related experience
A minimum 5 years project management experience
Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience would be plus)
Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills
