    The forecast continues to trend positively, we are seeing some additional opportunities in Huntsville and across the PDC locations. Overall there is a slight uptick in requested needs that should care over for the rest of this year.

    UPSIDE
    • We are currently working with Scout Motors on a possibly proposal to bring them into the program. We have additional meetings that will be scheduled to discuss next steps, from the conversation they will have 100 or more contractors that they would start with bringing into the program.
    • Huntsville team is exploring the addition of BarPellam onsite support to assist with recruiting and managing their current hiring needs. The initial opportunity represents at least 40 direct-hire positions this year, with potential demand reaching approximately 150 positions by Q1 2027.
    RISK
    • Overall program risk remains low.
    • Hirning Volumns in Huntsville have taken a hit due to the direction of International corporate reducing the number of contractor headcount to 5% of the overall total headcount.
    • However, as mentioned above there is a possible opptunirty that we will be brought in to manager and be the sole source vendor for the direct hire needs in Huntsville.

    ACTIONS
    • Continue the conversations with Scout Morots and provide them a live demo of the fieldglass tool and reporting capabilities.
    • I will be travling down to Huntsville in early October to discuss the direct hire process and proposal at that time.
