- Title: Senior Vulnerability Analyst

Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience at a senior level
- Experience running vulnerability scans and interpreting results
- Metrics reporting capabilities
- Understanding of internal frameworks and risk prioritization
- Strong communication skills to convey vulnerabilities and processes to affected teams and platform owners
- Ability to work cross-functionally with good problem-solving skills
- Experience with vulnerability management or security operations is beneficial
- Familiarity with common attack frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK; lateral/equivalent frameworks considered acceptable
- Primary scanning tool experience required: Tenable; Qualys also mentioned
- Scripting experience is not required but highly desired
Work Schedule and Overtime:
- No overtime expected
- Role primarily operates in the Central Time zone
- If early or late hours are needed, shifts will be adjusted accordingly rather than requiring overtime
Onboarding and Ramp-Up:
- Onboarding will involve internal documentation and process reading
- New hire will shadow more experienced team members
- No established baseline timeline for ramp-up from previous candidates
Relocation:
- Candidate must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense
- Steve (HM) indicated relocation at candidate's own cost is acceptable if the candidate chooses to pursue it
