    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • 7 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media/marketing, management consulting, or business analysis.

    • 7 years of experience in consumer and market insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.

    • Experience in the Brazilian Media Market, including the TV ecosystem, viewership trends, and the engaged landscape of local broadcasters and streamers.

    • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Proven experience in Product Go-to-Market (GTM) or commercial strategy roles.
    • A deep knowledge of media sales, media landscape and media solutions.
    • Ability to think strategically and develop appropriate action plans and analyze real world problems and convert them into data driven metrics for performance tracking.

    As a Video Activation Specialist within Product and Client Solutions (PCS)-LCS Brazil, you will be the strategic video authority driving YouTube and DV360 revenue acceleration and adoption across key industry sectors. Sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and product solutions, you will co-develop and execute sector-specific video growth plans designed to capture market share from other video players.

    You will partner with sales teams to unlock high-impact opportunities through C-level engagement, translate video solutions into scalable commercial offerings, and orchestrate cross-functional alignment across measurement, creative, and programmatic teams. By leveraging deep media acumen and platform expertise, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Brazil's largest advertisers while channeling market insights to product teams to shape future ad innovations.

As a member of our LCS team, you"ll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

    Responsibilities

    • Co-develop and execute sector-specific video growth plans, analyzing market headroom to proactively shift Linear TV and Social budgets to YouTube.
    • Partner with Sales leadership to lead executive consultations and craft strategic narratives for top decision-makers.
    • Design and launch scalable commercial initiatives per semester, integrating product capabilities, measurement, packaging, and creative solutions across broader industry sectors.
    • Orchestrate alignment across internal partners (e.g., product specialists, measurement, creative, operations) and channel local market feedback to Global Product teams to influence roadmap priorities.
    • Monitor sector revenue, pipeline, and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) attainment, identifying growth opportunities and codifying external case studies to amplify best practices across industries.
