Role Overview:

As Senior Vice President, Product, you will lead Aurigo's global product organization and own product strategy, execution, and outcomes across a mission-critical, enterprise-scale platform. Reporting to the CEO, this role ensures the product delivers differentiated value to customers running complex, high-stakes capital programs.

Roles & Responsibilites

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive Aurigo's product strategy and roadmap across planning, delivery, governance, and intelligence workflows.
• Ensure the platform consistently delivers trusted outcomes, balancing innovation with reliability, explainability, and control.
• Lead end-to-end product execution - from discovery through delivery, adoption, and value realization.
• Maintain deep customer intimacy, grounding product decisions in how capital program owners work and make decisions.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data/AI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to ensure alignment & execution discipline.
• Work with the CEO and ELT to translate company strategy into clear product priorities and trade-offs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Master's degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or equivalent) - strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise or platform product roles, including senior product leadership.
• Proven experience leading complex, mission-critical products with demanding customers.
• Strong product judgment in AI-native or data-intensive platforms, with emphasis on trust, governance, and real-world adoption.
• Track record of building and scaling high-performing product teams.
• Ability to operate effectively with a CEO while remaining grounded in product detail and execution.
