Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished, visionary, and results-driven Senior Vice President of Operations to provide executive leadership across our organization's operational functions. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance, drive operational excellence, and support exceptional patient care.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Senior Vice President of Operations will partner closely with clinical and business leaders to optimize processes, improve financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and position the organization for long-term growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide operational strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and long-term business objectives.

  • Provide executive oversight of daily operations across multiple departments to ensure efficiency, quality, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.

  • Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives while navigating evolving healthcare regulations and industry trends.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance patient and client outcomes.

  • Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, operational metrics, and resource allocation to support sustainable organizational growth.

  • Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic planning, business development, and organizational expansion initiatives.

  • Establish performance metrics, monitor key operational indicators, and implement data-driven solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.

  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality initiatives.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on operational priorities, organizational risks, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required.

  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline) strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience in operations, including at least five years in healthcare, home care, DME, or a related healthcare services environment.

  • Proven success leading large, complex healthcare operations with responsibility for multiple departments and cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, operational leadership, organizational transformation, and change management.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, performance metrics, and operational planning.

  • Track record of implementing process improvements that drive measurable operational and financial results.

  • Experience supporting business growth, operational scalability, and organizational development.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, quality standards, and compliance best practices.

  • Outstanding executive leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
