Real estate developer & syndicator in the LIHTC and Section 8 affordable space
A company in the LIHTC real estate market, a leader in the space, with an incredible team, pipeline of projects, leaders that exude integrity and a high growth, fast paced environment. This is a REMOTE position.
Oversee a growing team and portfolio
Lead the strategic management of a portfolio of LIHTC affordable housing assets.
Ensure compliance with LIHTC program requirements and other regulatory standards.
Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize property performance.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, syndicators, and investors.
Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and operational efficiency.
Provide mentorship and leadership to the property management team.
Analyze financial performance and recommend actionable solutions to meet investment goals.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.

A successful Senior Vice President of LIHTC Asset Management should have:
Extensive experience in LIHTC affordable housing asset management.
Strong knowledge of banking or syndication within the financial services industry.
Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of real estate assets effectively.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong financial analysis and reporting abilities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Remote working
Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $210,000 USD annually.
