An established AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Kingsport, Tennessee is seeking a Senior Veterinarian to join and help lead a talented veterinary team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced DVM who enjoys mentoring colleagues, maintaining high clinical standards, and contributing to hospital growth while continuing to practice quality medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional medical and surgical care for small animal patients
Work within a full-service general practice hospital that also offers urgent care services
Mentor and support fellow veterinarians
Collaborate with leadership to maintain and elevate medical standards
Support team development and foster a positive workplace culture
Help guide the future growth and success of the hospital
About the Hospital
AAHA-accredited, well-established small animal hospital
Modern equipment including:
Ultrasound
Digital radiography
Digital dental radiography
ECG
Dedicated surgical suite
Experienced veterinary technicians and support staff
Collaborative, team-focused environment committed to clinical excellence
Schedule
Full-time position
Approximately 40 hours per week
Four weekdays per week
Occasional weekend rotations
Hospital hours:
Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

Base salary up to $150,000
20% production bonus

Requirements
DVM or VMD degree
