    Description

    This Senior VM role owns the P&L and partner relationships for the Personal Computers (PC) category serving business customers. This is a dedicated Amazon Business role: you will own the commercial PC portfolio end to end and serve as a vertical lead for Amazon Business within PC. You will manage some of the most important hardware manufacturers and OEM partners in the business, working across their commercial product lines and spanning inventory management, marketing, merchandising, pricing, operations, and finance to drive the performance of those partners for the business customer.

    You will own business results across the vendors and categories you manage. Your direct responsibility is to run the commercial product portfolio end to end: building vendor relationships, negotiating terms and contracts, growing selection, leading promotional strategies, planning inventory forecasts, developing marketing programs, improving sales and margin, and delivering an best in class experience for Amazon Business customers in a fast moving category defined by rapid product refresh cycles and evolving specifications.

    The successful candidate brings a broad retail skill set and the judgment to apply it across many facets of the business. You will deliver at both the strategic and tactical level, innovate past obstacles, and build toward profitable long term growth. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at every level of the organization.
