- Develop and manage test plans (DVP&R) for window regulators - Submit test requests and manage execution of the test plans - Coordinate validation readiness activities across Program Management, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and laboratory personnel. - Coordinate inter-laboratory validation testing with internal and external test laboratories - Support RFQs and future planning - Support engineering teams with interpretation of validation and reliability results - Subject Matter Expert of customer validation requirements, testing methods, and laboratory capabilities - Support ISO/IEC17025 management system in the lab - Become the Subject Matter Expert on the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) - Become the Subject Matter Expert on the Test Incident Report Process (TIR) - This role is based in Troy, Michigan and requires regular onsite presence. A hybrid work schedule may be available, allowing remote work up to two days per week, depending on business needs. |
