Senior User Security & Access Analyst

Superlanet is seeking a Senior User Security & Access Analyst to support our Southern California healthcare client's enterprise identity, access management, Epic security, and access governance environment. This senior individual contributor will serve as a technical SME, leading complex security initiatives and providing expertise across Epic Security and enterprise identity platforms. This is a direct hire opportunity, hybrid, with one day a week in office. 

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of complex identity, access, and security issues across enterprise applications and departments.
  
• Serve as a technical SME for Epic Security, SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Active Directory.
  
• Develop and optimize RBAC models, provisioning workflows, identity lifecycle processes, and access governance controls.
  
• Provide advanced guidance on Epic roles, security templates, provisioning, and access standardization.
  
• Identify and remediate excessive, conflicting, or outdated access while supporting least-privilege principles.
  
• Lead access governance, audit remediation, process improvement, and security automation initiatives.
  
• Partner with IT, application teams, HR, compliance, risk, and leadership on enterprise security initiatives.
  
• Mentor junior analysts and serve as an escalation resource for complex security matters.
  
• Participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation for the User Security and Access team.
  

Qualifications

• 9 years of related experience/education and training, OR a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience/training.
  
• Advanced experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Epic Security, and enterprise security tools.
  
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, least privilege, access governance, identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and security risk assessment.
  
• Experience administering complex security controls across enterprise applications, systems, and networks.
  
• Experience with security risk assessment, audit controls, remediation, incident response, and security best practices.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical, operational, and leadership teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in IAM, Epic Security, information security, or enterprise access management.
  
• Advanced experience with Epic Security, SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
  
• Healthcare experience with access governance, Epic role/template optimization, audit remediation, or security automation.
  
• Epic Security, IAM, or related security certification/training preferred.
