Responsibilities
The Senior Production Underwriter is primarily responsible for:
Risk Evaluation: Selection, retention, and pricing of new and existing business in accordance with the company's underwriting philosophy and guidelines. Broker Relationships: Pro-actively develops and fosters positive, professional relationships with the company's agency partners in an effort to promote the company's products and services. Premium Growth: Works closely with Field Sales Managers in plan management of brokers. (i.e., Generation of submissions, target quote and bind hit ratios, co-working agency business plans and incentives.) Underwriting Profit: Works closely with Field Sales Managers in the achievement of pricing targets and commission targets to meet company's profitability objectives.
