Position Summary:
The Senior Underwriter will be a contributing member of the Commercial Underwriting team and will be viewed as a subject matter expert in a variety of industries and loan structures. This individual should have a diverse underwriting background with knowledge in C & I, CRE, OORE, NOORE, Private Wealth and Corporate Banking. The Senior Underwriter is responsible for managing the underwriting process while ensuring credit quality and adherence with Third Coast Bank's lending policy. The Underwriter will collaborate with all involved parties to ensure transactions are underwritten to meet the client's expectation. The Senior Underwriter will be a leader within the underwriting group and will play an active role in the development of best practices and in training more junior underwriters.

Job Type:
This is a full-time, exempt position. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
