A well-established California trusts and estates practice is seeking a Senior Trusts & Estates Associate or Junior Partner to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking sophisticated estate planning work, meaningful client relationships, a collegial culture, and a clear path to leadership.
The firm advises individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth clients on a broad range of wealth preservation and estate planning matters. Attorneys enjoy substantial support resources, manageable billable expectations, and the flexibility to build a long-term practice in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling sophisticated estate planning matters and the ability to manage client relationships independently. Attorneys interested in mentorship, leadership, and long-term career growth are encouraged to apply.
Candidates on the more junior end of the experience range who possess a solid trusts and estates foundation but are looking to deepen their technical expertise will also be considered. The firm is committed to training and professional development for attorneys who demonstrate strong potential and a desire to learn.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to join a respected practice where attorneys can continue developing technically sophisticated trusts and estates expertise while enjoying flexibility, support, and a genuine opportunity for advancement.
