Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trial Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent courtroom skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients. This position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, engage in complex trial work, and contribute to the growth of a respected firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and litigate cases from inception through trial in state and federal courts.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Develop case strategies, prepare witnesses, and present cases in court.
Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution.
Collaborate with partners and support staff to provide superior client service.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and court procedures.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active Arizona membership in good standing.
5+ years of trial experience, preferably in civil litigation or relevant practice areas.
Demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
