    Description

    The client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Trial Attorney. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing high-stakes litigation cases from inception through resolution. This role requires exceptional trial advocacy skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of complex legal issues.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
    • Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
    • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
    • Prepare and present persuasive legal arguments in court.
    • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements.
    • Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to gather evidence and build strong cases.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
    • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.

    Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active state bar membership and in good standing.
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a trial attorney (Family Law) , with a proven track record of success in high-stakes litigation.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
    • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills.
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
    • Recognized achievements in trial advocacy.
