Ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years commercial, business, employment, real estate, insurance or construction litigation experience.
- Licensed in good standing in CA
- JD from ABA law school
- Trial Experience
- Ability to handle cases independently and work as a team
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
