Senior Treasury Management Officer

First International Bank & Trust is looking for a Senior Treasury Management Officer to grow commercial deposit relationships and bring strong Treasury Management expertise to our Edina office.

Key Responsibilities

Grow commercial deposit balances through targeted business development efforts.Partner with relationship officers to identify and expand commercial deposit opportunities.Manage and grow a Treasury Management portfolio.Recommend deposit structures, account solutions, and Treasury Management services based on client needs.Lead pricing discussions for deposits, Treasury Management products, and services.Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and business development activity.Support new client onboarding in partnership with the Treasury Management team.Stay current on Treasury Management products, services, fees, processing requirements, and internal policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of seven years of banking experience required.Treasury Management, business development, online banking, deposit sales, or commercial deposit growth experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and grow deposit balances.Knowledge of deposit products, Treasury Management services, pricing, account structures, and relationship profitability.Strong communication, listening, organization, and relationship management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook preferred.
