This is a newly created role — you'll shape it rather than inherit it. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the Senior Treasury Analyst becomes the operational lead for the Treasury function: owning daily cash operations across multiple business segments of a publicly traded company, serving as the primary resource for treasury operations, and acting as the go-to liaison with our banking partners.
Real ownership starts on day one, and so does leadership. You'll mentor and develop our Treasury Analyst immediately — no waiting for a management title — and carry a genuine improvement mandate: automation, standardization, and future treasury technology initiatives are part of the job description, not a side project. Your ownership of the day-to-day frees the Treasury Manager to focus on strategic initiatives, with visible sponsorship from both the Treasury Manager and the VP & Treasurer.
This position was created to build succession depth in the function, with a defined career path from Senior Analyst toward Treasury Manager and grow as we continue to grow. If you're a treasury professional ready to step into genuine ownership and grow with the function, this role was built for you.
