Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to support critical treasury operations, cash management activities, financial reporting, and compliance initiatives. This role will serve as a key contributor within the treasury function, helping ensure the organization's liquidity, debt obligations, investment reporting, and banking relationships are effectively managed.

The ideal candidate combines strong treasury and accounting knowledge with advanced analytical capabilities. This position will play an important role in cash forecasting, debt administration, financial reporting, treasury system support, regulatory compliance, and business intelligence initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to analyze complex financial data, maintain accurate reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT, and external banking partners.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review treasury-related journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly general ledger reporting.
• Manage month-end and quarter-end reporting for investments, short-term debt, and long-term debt activities.
• Maintain and enhance cash forecasting models to support liquidity planning and working capital management.
• Analyze treasury data and develop reporting insights using Hyperion, Tableau, Power BI, and other financial systems.
• Monitor debt covenant compliance and assist with loan compliance calculations and related documentation.
• Process debt-related payments, including principal, interest expense, commitment fees, and related accruals.
• Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance, process documentation, and audit requests.
• Partner with IT to maintain treasury systems, troubleshoot issues, and support system enhancements and upgrades.
• Manage banking relationships, monitor banking fees, maintain legal banking documentation, and support banking initiatives.
• Prepare responses to regulatory filings, rate case requests, rating agency reporting, and other treasury-related compliance requirements.
• Administer Procurement Card and Travel & Entertainment Card programs while serving as a liaison to program providers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Accounting, and Finance teams to support reporting requirements, capital structure analysis, and strategic treasury initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with 4+ years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or cash management; or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced experience with Hyperion required.
• Demonstrated experience in cash forecasting, liquidity management, treasury reporting, and financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Advanced data analysis skills with experience building financial models, forecasting tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, treasury operations, debt management, investments, bank reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience supporting SOX compliance, internal controls, audit requests, and financial process documentation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex analytical reporting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
