PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Senior Treasury Analyst - Capital Strategy is a key member of the Treasury team responsible for supporting Owens Corning's capital structure, liquidity management, and shareholder return strategies. This role leads analytical support for debt capital market transactions, credit facility management, commercial paper funding, and capital allocation initiatives, including dividends and share repurchases. The position partners closely with senior leadership, banking partners, rating agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize financial flexibility, manage risk, and support Treasury governance, compliance, and reporting activities.

Span of Control: Manages one Finance & Accounting Leadership Program ("FALP") participant
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Know the Stakeholders and Business Strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships within Treasury, other internal cross functional teams, and external banking partners; ensure effective contact to remain aligned with functional objectives
- Understand Treasury and business priorities and execute functional strategies to support and enhance business results
- Lead or provide support to project work that impacts liquidity, controls, and operational execution
Governance/Controls
- Ensure compliance with Treasury policies, SOX controls and Levels of Authority requirements; drive continuous enhancement of the controls framework
- Serve as the primary Treasury liaison with Internal Audit, Internal Controls, and external auditors (PwC) to support compliance, control testing, and audit activities
- Leverage technology, including SAP/BPC, Bloomberg, and CAPIQ systems, to build efficient and scalable processes, insights, and support of department objectives
- Prepare and provide Treasury-related disclosures and supporting analysis for quarterly and annual SEC filings, including debt and liquidity footnotes
- Maintain a clear tone regarding business conduct, ethics, the law and financial controls
- Adhere to the Owens Corning safety policies and uphold OC values
Capital Markets and Corporate Finance
- Develop financial models and tools to assist in capital structure decisions and activities including obtaining bank financing facilities, managing economic exposure, and issuing public bonds
- Support the development of presentations and communications for senior management, the board of directors, and outside parties (e.g., rating agencies)
- Participate in bank facility and public bonds issuance processes where economic conditions present favorable opportunities
- Manage short-term liquidity and funding requirements through analysis of cash forecasts, working capital trends, commercial paper issuance, and revolving credit facility availability
- Review the dividend strategy and make recommendations based on company performance, market conditions, and peer activity
- Develop and facilitate key shareholder return activities, including share repurchase programs
- Assist in maintaining relationships with banking partners and evaluate banking products and services that support Treasury objectives
- Evaluate debt refinancing opportunities and capital deployment alternatives through scenario modeling and financial analysis
- Partner with key internal stakeholders, including Tax, Accounting, FP&A, and Risk Management, on strategic cross-functional projects delivering enterprise-wide value
- Support M&A financing assessments and integration activities as needed
- Create, maintain, and improve the interest expense and cash interest forecast, providing transparency on key assumptions
- Use technology to build efficient and scalable processes and insights to achieve working capital and cash flow related objectives
Talent Development
- Lead and develop Finance & Accounting Leadership Program participant through a year-long Treasury rotation, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities
- Contribute to the development of the Treasury talent pipeline by sharing knowledge, building process discipline and supporting team learning
- Deliver training that enhances employees understanding of Treasury, capital allocation, and financial strategy
- Invest in personal growth and development through continuous learning and active participation in development opportunities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field
- Five years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, treasury, banking, or a related field
- Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a multi-national corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements
- Experience building financial models and performing scenario-based analysis
- Experience supporting capital markets and corporate financing activities, including debt issuances, credit facilities, commercial paper programs, credit rating agency engagement, and banking relationship management
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, SAP, BPC, Workiva, and Bloomberg Terminals, or experience with similar technologies and the ability to quickly learn such skills as required
