Aviation Construction Project Manager
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large aviation construction projects. Manage client relationships, project teams, budgets, schedules, and risk. Support business development efforts and help secure future project opportunities. Coordinate with operations, field leadership, consultants, and stakeholders. Travel nationally and relocate as required to support active projects and pursuits.

Experience managing aviation construction projects exceeding $100M, ideally $500M+. Background in terminals, airside projects, baggage handling, concourse expansions, or similar aviation infrastructure. Proven leadership experience on large, complex construction projects. Strong client-facing, business development, and relationship management skills. Stable career history with willingness to travel and relocate as needed.
$133,000 - $200,000+ base salary + 20% annual bonus. Additional 20% travel compensation and bi-weekly subsistence allowance. Vehicle allowance and relocation assistance provided. Opportunity to help build a high-growth national aviation business with exposure to major airport pursuits nationwide.
