Stantec is seeking a Senior Transportation Leader to grow our roadway design group in Virginia and partner across our practices to strategically grow our infrastructure business. Your Key Responsibilities - Responsible for project delivery including managing projects and task orders and overall contract management. - Planning, analysis and design of projects, effective planning of work to meet schedules and budgets. - Provide direction and coordinate staff as necessary to complete assignments. - Partner with the Stantec leadership to grow the transportation roadway design business in Virginia by recruiting and retaining staff; leading transportation business opportunity pursuits; and collaborating with other practices to deliver for our Virginia clients. - Design and detailing of streets, roadways, highways, and interchanges to meet local, state and federal requirements. - Review work, mentor staff, prepare proposals, deliver project presentations and project management.
