We are seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning programs that enhance individual and organizational performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs (in-person and virtual)
  • Collaborate with business teams and SMEs to align training with organizational goals
  • Create e-learning content, webinars, and modern learning solutions (e.g., gamified learning)
  • Manage LMS activities including course setup, testing, and user assignments
  • Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements

Requirements:

  • Experience in training delivery and curriculum development
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency with virtual learning tools (Zoom, Teams) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field
  • Experience in banking or financial services
  • 2–5 years of related experience
