We are seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning programs that enhance individual and organizational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs (in-person and virtual)
- Collaborate with business teams and SMEs to align training with organizational goals
- Create e-learning content, webinars, and modern learning solutions (e.g., gamified learning)
- Manage LMS activities including course setup, testing, and user assignments
- Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in training delivery and curriculum development
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency with virtual learning tools (Zoom, Teams) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field
- Experience in banking or financial services
- 2–5 years of related experience
