A leading intellectual property law firm is seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to support its U.S. trademark practice. This hybrid role focuses on trademark clearance, prosecution, and search analysis, with an emphasis on conducting knockout searches and preparing comprehensive search reports. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented legal professional with strong research skills, extensive knowledge of U.S. trademark procedures, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct preliminary trademark searches using USPTO, WIPO, and commercial databasesAnalyze search results and prepare detailed trademark clearance reports for attorney reviewAssist with U.S. trademark prosecution, including preparing and filing applications, drafting goods and services descriptions, and supporting Office Action responsesCoordinate with third-party search vendors throughout the trademark clearance processMonitor trademark deadlines and maintain accurate docketing to ensure timely filingsConduct legal research related to U.S. trademark law, procedures, and filing requirementsDraft, proofread, and format legal documents, reports, and client correspondenceCollaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to deliver high-quality client service and efficient workflowRequirements5+ years of trademark paralegal experience, with a strong focus on U.S. trademark prosecution and clearanceExtensive knowledge of U.S. trademark law, USPTO procedures, and electronic filing systemsExperience conducting and interpreting trademark searches using USPTO, WIPO, and commercial search platformsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentialityLaw firm or professional services experience preferredBachelor's degree and/or an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferredExperience coordinating third-party search vendors is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
