Job Summary: This role focuses on proactively identifying and resolving issues related to time entry for consultants. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate time submissions by managing a backlog of missing time and addressing system access blockers. The position requires diligent follow-up with individuals and relevant teams to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve missing time entries and track their progress.
- Manage and escalate time entry issues to resolution.
- Troubleshoot and fix access or data problems affecting time entry.
- Monitor consultant time entry for completion and compliance.
- Report on backlog status, active issues, and key metrics.
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high-volume operational tasks.
- Persistent and clear communication skills.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in managing operational processes within a corporate or consulting environment.
