Job Summary
The Testing Services Specialist is a seasoned individual contributor who provides high level day-to-day administration and operational support for testing services within Purdue Testing Services (PTS), with primary responsibility for administering vendor-based and advanced credit examinations. Working within established University, PTS, and testing-vendor policies and procedures, this position performs and manages candidate check-in and verification, exam administration, testing-room monitoring, security procedures, troubleshooting, and other activities necessary for the successful delivery of vendor examinations.
The Testing Services Specialist maintains required vendor certifications, follows established testing and security protocols, assists candidates with routine and non-routine testing questions and concerns, and communicates testing irregularities or issues requiring additional review to PTS leadership.
