Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and validate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with agile and traditional delivery teams to improve testing processes and outcomes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Conduct regression, integration, load, performance, security, and accessibility testing.
- Lead bug hunts and exploratory testing to identify and resolve defects.
- Provide guidance and support to business SMEs/testers during testing cycles.
- Develop and maintain testing best practices, training materials, and documentation.
- Report test metrics and status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of UAT processes, SDLC, and agile methodologies.
- Proficient in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Understanding of accessibility standards, security testing fundamentals, and performance considerations.
- Demonstrated experience leading QA/UAT activities for complex projects.
Preferences
- Experience in a government or regulated environment.
- Familiarity with test automation concepts (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
- Background in business analysis or broader QA experience beyond UAT.
