    Senior Test Data Management Engineer
    Location: Alpharetta, GA – Hybrid (3 days onsite)
    Experience: 7–12+ years
    Job Summary
    Seeking a Senior Test Data Management professional to lead test-data strategy, provisioning, masking, automation, and management across QA, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing environments.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead end-to-end Test Data Management (TDM) and test-data provisioning.
    • Create, refresh, mask, anonymize, and validate test data across environments.
    • Work extensively with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and DB2.
    • Develop SQL scripts and automation for test-data management.
    • Integrate TDM with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
    • Manage data dependencies, refresh cycles, synchronization, and troubleshooting.
    • Establish TDM governance, standards, audit controls, and reusable processes.
    • Collaborate with QA, Development, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Business teams.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
    Must-Have Skills
    • Test Data Management / TDM
    • Strong SQL & database expertise
    • Data masking / anonymization
    • Delphix, Informatica TDM, IBM InfoSphere Optim, or similar TDM tools
    • Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL / DB2
    • Jenkins / Git / Azure DevOps
    • Python, Java, or Shell scripting
    • ETL/data integration and API testing
    • Strong SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum knowledge
    Preferred: AWS/Azure cloud experience.
