As Senior Product Manager, you will shape the adaptive learning platform that helps tens of thousands of learners build real‑world readiness, reduce anxiety, and pass the high‑stakes exams that open the door to their careers.
This role is for someone who loves solving important problems, communicates with clarity and empathy, thrives on cross‑functional collaboration, and brings a sense of humor to the serious work of improving healthcare education. Your primary responsibilities include:
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with edtech, assessment, adaptive learning, or SaaS platforms, incorporating AI where relevant and beneficial
Required:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills-able to craft compelling narratives, simplify complexity, and influence across levels and departments.
Leadership skills: there is always uncertainty and ambiguity. Everyone will look to you for direction, and you must be able to provide it clearly
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to provide high level project management and leadership to keep projects on track, hold stakeholders accountable, and identify and communicate risk
Organization and planning skills
Attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines
Ability to develop understanding of complex products, tech stack, and the overall Health Learning & Practice portfolio
Know when to grit, and know when to pivot
Ability to do financial analysis and projections
Professionalism and integrity
Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic market and company
Preferred:
Experience with lean product development
Experience bringing new products to market
Familiarity with the agile development process
Ability to manage relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders

TRAVEL: 10-20% of travel required for customer visits and internal meetings

Compensation:
$102,600.00 - $179,250.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
