Position Summary:
The global head of data network operations is a senior technology management role responsible for the strategy, governance and day-to-day reliability of Bank of America’s global data network. This role leads a large, distributed organization providing deeply technical level 2 and level 3 network operational support for our datacenter network, core network, branch, campus and SD-WAN networks, wireless and network Access Authentication and Authorization environments (AAA) that operates 24x7, ensuring secure, resilient, and performant connectivity across data centers, cloud, branches, trading floors and end-user environments. You will drive the transformation of data network operations from traditional ticket-driven models to data-centric, AI and automation first operating models to predict, prevent and rapidly remediate issues at scale.
