Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant

About this Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant to support technology initiatives within a highly collaborative environment. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into well-defined requirements and solution designs that enable effective delivery. The successful candidate will have strong experience in business systems analysis, ServiceNow catalog management, workflow design, and Agile delivery practices.

This position will focus on partnering with business and technology teams to gather and analyze requirements, create design documentation, support ServiceNow catalog enhancements and maintenance, and drive solutions related to technology service workflows, including laptop provisioning and fulfillment processes. The role also requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage defect resolution, process improvements, and ongoing operational support.

In this role, you will:

• Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
• Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
• Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
• Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
• Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
• Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
• Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and technical requirements for technology solutions
• ServiceNow Catalog experience, including catalog maintenance, workflow enhancements, and support activities
• Experience creating functional design documents, user stories, process flows, and business requirements documentation
• Experience partnering with development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve defects and production issues
• Experience supporting technology service workflows, provisioning processes, or employee technology enablement solutions
• Agile experience with Jira, including backlog management, user story creation, and requirements refinement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology stakeholders
• Experience facilitating discussions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder meetings across multiple levels of the organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience working within large, complex enterprise technology organizations
