Work is hybrid (onsite 4 days per week) • 7+ years of experience in technical writing within large-scale enterprises, supporting IAM, enterprise platforms, or collaboration ecosystems.
• 3+ years of experience contributing to large, transformational IT initiatives.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and leadership.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management technologies and enterprise security principles.
• Experience creating documentation for Agile and iterative software development environments.
• Advanced knowledge of technical writing tools, content management platforms, and visual communication tools.
