    The Role: We're seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build our engineering and product teams across APAC and US markets. You'll partner with hiring managers who still remember dial-up internet and help them hire people who can explain why blockchain won't replace paper.

    What You'll Do
    • Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles
    • Build diverse candidate pipelines
    • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning
    • Develop innovative sourcing strategies
    • Scale recruitment processes and systems
    • Close candidates in competitive markets
    • Navigate cross-cultural hiring dynamics

    Required Qualifications
    • 5+ years technical recruiting experience
    • Track record hiring software engineers
    • International recruiting experience
    • Strong analytical and data-driven approach
    • ATS expertise (we've upgraded from filing cabinets)

    Nice to Have
    • Experience in traditional industries undergoing digital transformation
    • Startup and enterprise recruiting background
    • Multiple market experience (US/APAC)
    • Ability to explain why paper still matters
