What You Will Do
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles within the organization, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent in the healthcare and AI sectors.
- Manage candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to establish a robust talent network.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of various technical roles and the skills required for success in those positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred
- Experience with AI technologies or healthcare-related platforms.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
Compensation and Benefits
