Senior Technical Recruiter (Engineering & Technology) (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (Engineering & Technology) for a global aerospace company. In this role, You will support full-cycle recruitment for Engineering & Technology positions by sourcing hard-to-fill talent, partnering with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process in a high-volume environment.

This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, this is an Remote role in US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• This role will be in support of our Engineering & Technology Talent Acquisition team, who is experiencing a hiring surge across our business.
• Expectations may include sourcing for critical/hard to fill positions, mining talent from our ATS, managing referrals, contacting candidates, partnering with hiring managers to assist with the hiring process, supporting hiring events and/or managing a req load with full lifecycle recruiting support.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter working on Engineering & Technology roles
• Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment and will require attention to detail, ability to work independently, think creatively, problem solve and follow process.
• To be successful you must have a demonstrated track record in recruiting, sourcing and/or talent acquisition.
• Utilizes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and other software tools/ solutions as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
• Would like to see candidates near MD for occasional onsite support
• Bachelor's Degree

Compensation: $50/hr - $57/hr
