Senior Technical QA Lead / Test Automation Lead (Salesforce-nCino)

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with client technical leads, development teams, business analysts, and testing stakeholders. Salesforce/nCino Functional Testing: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, objects, permissions, profiles, and security configurations.

Duration: 6 Months
 
Salary Range: $40.00 - $42.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits).

Job Description:
QA Leadership & Test Management:

• Lead functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce/nCino applications.
• Coordinate QA activities across multiple development teams, business stakeholders, and testing teams.
• Own test planning, execution tracking, defect management, risk identification, and QA status reporting.
• Support Agile sprint testing, release validation, and SIT/UAT activities.
• Independently investigate testing blockers and drive issues to resolution.

Salesforce/nCino Functional Testing:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, objects, permissions, profiles, and security configurations.
• Experience testing Salesforce Financial Services or nCino Loan Origination applications.
• Knowledge of loan origination workflows, including customer onboarding, loan processing, approval, collateral, and booking.
• Validate business processes across multiple Salesforce environments and organizational configurations.
• Perform persona-based security, role-based access, and CRUD permission validation.

Test Automation & Framework Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated functional, regression, and integration test suites.
• Hands-on experience with test automation platforms such as AccelQ, Selenium, Playwright, or comparable tools.
• Develop reusable automation components, test data utilities, and execution frameworks.
• Support API-based automation and database validation.
• Optimize automation execution, maintainability, and reliability.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

Technical Testing & Integrations:

• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication mechanisms, and API testing.
• Proficiency in SQL for database queries, backend validation, and data reconciliation.
• Validate data flow and transactions between Salesforce/nCino and downstream banking systems.
• Investigate integration failures, data mismatches, and environment-related issues.
• Experience with Salesforce SOQL, REST APIs, and integration troubleshooting.

Python & QA Productivity Tools:

• Develop or enhance Python-based utilities for test data creation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Automate repetitive QA processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Familiarity with lightweight internal applications using Streamlit, FastAPI, or React-based interfaces is an advantage.
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted testing and QA productivity improvements.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:

• Work closely with client technical leads, development teams, business analysts, and testing stakeholders.
• Communicate technical issues, risks, testing progress, and remediation recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.

Mandatory Requirement:

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce.
