    • Translate complex technical information into clear, business-friendly language for nontechnical stakeholders and leadership.

    • Lead regular project status meetings, provide executive-level updates, and proactively communicate risks, issues, and changes.

    • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure technology solutions support business objectives.

    • Build strong relationships across technical and business teams, facilitating collaboration, resolving conflicts, and driving decisions.

    Project Financial & Resource Management

    • Develop and manage project budgets, resource plans, and financial forecasts.

    • Monitor project spending, track planned versus actual costs, and communicate budget variances.

    • Coordinate resource allocation across multiple projects to ensure appropriate staffing and efficient utilization.

    Risk, Scope & Quality Management

    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans and escalating issues when necessary.

    • Define and manage project scope, requirements, deliverables, and change requests.

    • Evaluate the impact of scope changes on project timelines, resources, and budgets.

    • Establish and monitor project quality standards, metrics, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

    • Proactively identify project challenges and develop solutions to keep initiatives on track.

    Vendor & Cross-Functional Team Management

    • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to manage project deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligations.

    • Support vendor selection, RFP development, and vendor performance management as needed.

    • Lead cross-functional project teams, promote accountability, and ensure effective collaboration across departments.

    Required Qualifications

    • Proven experience managing complex, technical IT projects involving multiple systems, applications, teams, and stakeholders.

    • Exceptional business-facing communication skills, with the ability to work directly with business leaders, translate technical concepts, and communicate project updates to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
