    Role Description

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a Data Technical Program Manager (Data TPM) with 10+ years of experience to lead and drive strategic data and analytics programs within a Pharma / Healthcare environment.

    The Data TPM will work closely with business, data, technology, and analytics leaders to shape and drive data workshops, manage program execution and resourcing, track key deliverables and outcomes, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.

    This is an onsite role supporting multiple strategic programs, including Population Health, Forecasting, and other enterprise data and analytics initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end execution of complex data and analytics programs across multiple workstreams.
    • Facilitate data discovery, requirements, design, and strategy workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
    • Translate business objectives into actionable data requirements, roadmaps, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
    • Own program planning, governance, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery cadence.
    • Develop and manage resource plans, identifying required skills, capacity, and staffing needs.
    • Ensure all key deliverables, outcomes, decisions, and action items are clearly tracked and communicated.
    • Create high-quality program documentation, executive presentations, status reports, and leadership communications.
    • Partner with senior stakeholders to resolve issues, drive decisions, and maintain execution momentum.
    • Manage multiple programs and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

    Technical Skills

    Skills Requirements:

    • Software development experience using Java & Spring Boot.
    • Familiar with Micro Service & Event-Driven architecture.
    • Experience in building RESTful APIs and relational databases.
    • Experience in UNIX or Shell scripting is a plus. Having knowledge in J2EE is an added advantage.
    • Professional experience working in an agile development environment, SCRUM or Scaled Agile framework (SAFe).
    • Willing to work in a HYBRID environment.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Data Program Management, Data & Analytics Delivery, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise data, analytics, data platforms, and data delivery.
    • Proven ability to lead data workshops and drive stakeholders toward decisions and outcomes.
    • Strong resource planning and cross-functional team management experience.
    • Excellent documentation, presentation, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
    • Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Healthcare Data program experience is strongly preferred.
    • Ability to operate effectively across business, data, technology, and analytics teams.
