    Key job responsibilities

    • Manage Strategic Initiatives : Lead cross-functional technical initiatives from start to finish, ensuring alignment with priorities and on-time delivery.
    • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships across the organization, acting as a bridge between technical teams and leadership to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
    • Operational Excellence: Improve business and tech processes to increase organizational efficiency.

    • Technical Escalation & Problem Resolution: Address critical technical issues, assess impact, coordinate resolution across teams, and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout.
