Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager and PMO lead for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate with expertise delivering complex enterprise technology programs, business transformations, and multi-workstream initiatives while driving governance, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Technical Program Manager and PMO lead Job Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage complex enterprise technology programs and multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Establish program governance, project management standards, and PMO processes to drive accountability, transparency, and successful project execution.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, technology vendors, and business stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and resolve project challenges.

  • Monitor program performance, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver executive-level status reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.

  • Drive Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies while supporting continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and business transformation objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of IT experience, including 1+ year of Program Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.

  • Strong experience managing complex enterprise programs, PMO governance, stakeholder communications, risk management, and cross-functional project delivery.

  • Hands-on expertise with Agile methodologies, Jira, Integrated Business Planning, and technology implementation programs supporting business transformation initiatives.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $65.00 per hour
