JD We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in in designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. Strong expertise in leveraging RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, and modern integration patterns. Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database, MongoDB, GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, and containerized application developments. Proven track record of delivering scalable, resilient, and high-performance distributed systems while collaborating effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Incident management - troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis and execute resolution steps
• Anchor daily support activities from onshore along with handover activities to offshore team
• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Build and implement event-driven and asynchronous systems using Apache Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
• Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, service integrations, and distributed application components.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React and Node.js.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring reliable and automated deployments.
• Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using Azure SQL Database and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead system design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability through best engineering practices.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership on architecture, design patterns, and implementation approaches.
• Drive modernization initiatives, cloud adoption, and microservices transformation programs.

Skill Requirements
• Backend: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs.
• Frontend: Good to have expertise in React JS.
• Database: Hands-on experience with MongoDB,Azure SQL.
• Messaging: Experience with Apache Kafka and Rabbit MQ for distributed messaging.
• Version Control: Git/GitHub or similar tools.
• Build Tools: Maven/Gradle.
• Testing: Knowledge of Cucumber for BDD.
• Familiarity with integration testing and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines – Github, Jenkins
