About the Role:Ensisinfo Inc is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Technical Consultant – SPM 9 to join our growing team in Carmichael, CA. Responsibilities:- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions for enterprise clients
- Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering with key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain SPM 9 workflows, demand management, project tracking, and resource planning modules
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, platform governance, and architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver timely, effective resolutions
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
Requirements:- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
- Active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS-SPM) certification required
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM 9 including demand, project, and portfolio management
- 3+ years of ServiceNow consulting or implementation experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work on-site or hybrid in Carmichael, CA
