Senior Technical Business Analyst (P&C insurance)
Remote – no west coast folks
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) underwriting lifecycles, rules engines, and policy lifecycle management.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, JSON and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
Ability to read and interpret JSON data structures
Experience with Airtable, CRM systems, or workflow platforms.
AI and Emerging Technology:
Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation projects.
Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.
Experience documenting AI requirements and use cases.
Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts.
Experience evaluating AI outputs and measuring AI effectiveness.
Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and governance principles.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
