Senior Technical Assistance Healthcare / Health IT

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong healthcare data, EHR integration, data analytics, and technical assistance experience who enjoys working across technical and clinical teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead technical assistance supporting NC HealthConnex / NC HIEA participants and EHR vendors
Support EHR data integrations, data exchange, and technical infrastructure
Work with SQL, SAS, and InterSystems HealthShare
Develop complex queries for data validation, transformation, reporting, and exploratory data analysis
Verify data extracts and monitor ETL job streams
Support change orders, bug fixes, and enhancements for the NC HealthConnex Clinical Portal
Analyze healthcare data and develop business analysis reports
Collaborate with data architects, developers, analysts, and clinical stakeholders
Help ensure data quality, system reliability, and performance
Key Requirements:
5+ years of effective communication/community engagement with healthcare stakeholders
5+ years of technical proficiency with healthcare data systems and digital platforms
5+ years of relationship-building with providers, patients, and partners
3+ years of data-driven analysis and reporting
3+ years managing multiple priorities in a changing technical environment
Strong healthcare/EHR and data integration experience
Hands-on SQL + SAS experience
Experience with InterSystems HealthShare is highly valuable.
