ReseClienth Infrastructure Product Line, Data Movement and Storage Product Team Senior Technical Analyst (US based)The Senior Technical Analyst will be responsible for supporting configuration, build, validation, & release activities for the successful release of a global enterprise Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x platform (OL:CDS), supporting and managing lab deployment resources in Agilent Instrument Controllers (AIC) builds, deployments, & troubleshooting efforts, and oversight of post-release operational/support activities.
Core responsibilities include:
Assist technical lead with OL:CDS platform Clienthitecture design.
Request and configure AWS cloud resources for OL:CDS platform Clienthitecture and business work flow requirements.
Manage daily/weekly activities of the OL:CDS deployment resources.
Primary point of contact and technical support for the OL:CDS deployment resources (Acronis PC image build and use for AIC PCs, AIC deployment troubleshooting, and instrument connection troubleshooting)Coordination of activities with project core team to ensure AIC s are deployable according to lab migration plan. Responsible for authoring/execution of all requirement test scripts and SDLC documentation is completed.
Interact with project core and extended teams, attending meetings as necessary.
Required skills/experience:
Direct experience with Microsoft & AWS products, services, infrastructure.
5+ years of experience configuring and supporting Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x platforms, including troubleshooting instrument & software connection issues.
Strong understanding of supporting chromatography data systems with 400+ users and instruments in a pharmaceutical R&D space (GxP & non-GxP)Demonstrated supervisory experience of small teams.
Proven experience with upgrading chromatography data systems in a regulated environment.
Experience developing IQ/OQ test cases and supporting testers through UAT.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to explain technical configuration decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to travel to Rahway and/or West Point, as necessary, for on-site efforts.
Proven success producing IQ/OQ documentation and training materials, conducting 1:1 and group training sessions.
Previous experience using Confluence, JIRA, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow are a plus.
